Metal Stamping & Forming

Press operations produce hinge leaves, brackets and related formed components. This process fits products whose geometry can be controlled through dedicated forming steps and production tooling.

The drawing and required finished condition guide the tooling route and the checks used as production begins.

Tooling & Die Support

Tooling supports repeatable production by transferring the required component geometry into a controlled shop-floor process. Existing tooling may support platform-based production; new tooling depends on the geometry, forming sequence and production requirement.

Die Casting

Zinc-alloy die casting is used where a component calls for repeatable detailed geometry. The process is selected only when the material, component design and production requirement are suited to casting.

Hinge Assembly

Pins, springs, friction elements and mating components are brought together in final hinge assembly. The sequence and checks depend on the hinge structure and the fit, movement and finished condition defined for production.
