O conjunto em si combina normalmente o ecr\u00e3, uma caixa met\u00e1lica ou de pl\u00e1stico, o vidro do ecr\u00e3 t\u00e1til, um feixe de cabos, uma junta, uma estrutura de montagem e, por vezes, uma pega ou uma moldura. Mesmo um painel que pare\u00e7a leve ao toque pode ter o seu centro de gravidade bem \u00e0 frente da linha da dobradi\u00e7a \u2014 e esse deslocamento, multiplicado pelo peso, \u00e9 o momento que a dobradi\u00e7a tem efetivamente de suportar. Uma dobradi\u00e7a que parecia funcionar bem num prot\u00f3tipo inicial ir\u00e1 deslocar-se assim que o ecr\u00e3 final, os cabos, a junta e a caixa estiverem instalados. Por isso, o tamanho da dobradi\u00e7a \u00e9 determinado pela geometria, e n\u00e3o pela diagonal do ecr\u00e3: confirme o peso total em movimento, a dist\u00e2ncia entre o eixo da dobradi\u00e7a e o centro de gravidade, o \u00e2ngulo de funcionamento necess\u00e1rio, o n\u00famero de dobradi\u00e7as e uma margem de seguran\u00e7a antes de escolher qualquer modelo \u2014 o <a href=\"https:\/\/manufactorhinge.com\/pt\/torque-hinge-calculator\/\">calculador de bin\u00e1rio para dobradi\u00e7as<\/a> transforma esses dados de entrada num bin\u00e1rio alvo. Suporta um ecr\u00e3 HMI industrial em a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel em ambiente interior e utiliza um <strong>dobradi\u00e7a de bin\u00e1rio constante de dois eixos \u2014 7,0 N\u00b7m no eixo de inclina\u00e7\u00e3o e 3,0 N\u00b7m no eixo de rota\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>. A divis\u00e3o do bin\u00e1rio entre os dois eixos \u00e9 intencional: o movimento de inclina\u00e7\u00e3o, mais pesado (que tem de contrariar a gravidade \u00e0 medida que o ecr\u00e3 gira para cima e para baixo), requer mais for\u00e7a de reten\u00e7\u00e3o do que a rota\u00e7\u00e3o para a esquerda e para a direita, mais leve; por isso, um \u00fanico valor partilhado seria ou demasiado r\u00edgido para girar, ou demasiado fraco para segurar. Nos nossos pr\u00f3prios testes de ciclos, a dobradi\u00e7a manteve a sua posi\u00e7\u00e3o com aproximadamente <strong>Decl\u00ednio do bin\u00e1rio do 15% ap\u00f3s 10 000 ciclos<\/strong> \u2014 ainda bem dentro de um intervalo de fixa\u00e7\u00e3o aceit\u00e1vel para um painel com esse peso. Esse \u00e9 o verdadeiro teste para uma dobradi\u00e7a de HMI: n\u00e3o \u00e9 o facto de resistir aos ciclos, mas sim de continuar a manter o ecr\u00e3 na posi\u00e7\u00e3o em que o operador o deixou, mesmo ap\u00f3s milhares de ajustes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"the-hmi-specific-risks-vibration-cable-load-and-frame-flex\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_HMI-specific_risks_vibration_cable_load_and_frame_flex\"><\/span>Os riscos espec\u00edficos da IHM: vibra\u00e7\u00e3o, carga nos cabos e flex\u00e3o da estrutura<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Existem tr\u00eas fatores que provocam o desvio dos pain\u00e9is HMI e que as especifica\u00e7\u00f5es dos monitores de secret\u00e1ria nunca t\u00eam em conta, estando todos os tr\u00eas localizados fora da pr\u00f3pria dobradi\u00e7a:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Vibra\u00e7\u00e3o e impacto.<\/strong> O painel \u00e9 montado numa m\u00e1quina que vibra, sofre impactos e pode ser transportada antes da instala\u00e7\u00e3o. Uma dobradi\u00e7a que se mant\u00e9m est\u00e1vel num ensaio est\u00e1tico em bancada pode deslizar numa estrutura vibrat\u00f3ria se a margem de bin\u00e1rio for reduzida \u2014 por isso, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio validar na m\u00e1quina real, e n\u00e3o num dispositivo de fixa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Carga do cabo.<\/strong> Os cabos de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, de sinal, Ethernet e de terra podem fazer com que o painel se feche, dificultar a sua abertura ou alterar o seu equil\u00edbrio. Passe o feixe de cabos atrav\u00e9s do eixo de rota\u00e7\u00e3o ou junto a este (como no exemplo acima) e teste o movimento com o cablagem final instalada \u2014 uma dobradi\u00e7a de torque n\u00e3o deve ter de compensar um feixe de cabos que lhe crie resist\u00eancia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Flexibilidade do quadro.<\/strong> A dobradi\u00e7a transfere a for\u00e7a de fixa\u00e7\u00e3o para a parede do painel e para o suporte. Mesmo quando instalada corretamente, uma dobradi\u00e7a numa caixa de chapa met\u00e1lica fina ou sem apoio pode parecer solta; reforce a \u00e1rea de montagem e, no caso de caixas de pl\u00e1stico, adicione sali\u00eancias, inser\u00e7\u00f5es ou uma placa de refor\u00e7o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A li\u00e7\u00e3o recorrente \u00e9 que uma dobradi\u00e7a de IHM faz parte de um sistema. Valide-a na montagem final \u2014 painel real, estrutura real, cabos reais \u2014 e a quest\u00e3o a responder \u00e9 simplesmente se o painel mant\u00e9m as suas posi\u00e7\u00f5es de funcionamento ap\u00f3s isso.
