Deze gids loodst inkoopteams, OEM-inkopers en projectmanagers door het volledige inkooptraject. Een offerteaanvraag waarin de lading, geometrie, prestaties, omgeving, volume en documentatievereisten worden vermeld, levert meteen een nauwkeurige prijs op; een offerteaanvraag waarin deze gegevens ontbreken, levert een schatting of een lijst met vragen op. Een monster kost weinig en neemt weinig tijd in beslag; bij ons bedraagt de levertijd voor een monster ongeveer 10 dagen. Pas het aan de daadwerkelijke assemblage aan \u2014 de echte deur, het kozijn, het paneel en de bekabeling \u2014 en controleer of het naar behoren functioneert voordat u een productiebestelling plaatst. Een scharnier dat op papier klopt, kan in het eindproduct toch verkeerd zijn, en dankzij het monster komt u daar goedkoop achter in plaats van op de dure manier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"step-5-confirm-documentation-and-compliance\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Step_5_%E2%80%94_Confirm_documentation_and_compliance\"><\/span>Stap 5 \u2014 Controleer de documentatie en naleving<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bij elk OEM-programma maakt de documentatie deel uit van het onderdeel zelf. Dit zijn allemaal documenten die wij standaard verstrekken, en een bekwame fabrikant zou niet moeten aarzelen om ze te leveren; een leverancier die geen materiaalcertificaten of testrapporten kan overleggen, zegt daarmee iets over de manier waarop de onderdelen worden vervaardigd.
