n\u00e9cessite un positionnement contr\u00f4l\u00e9 et une stabilit\u00e9 sans intervention manuelle, et pas seulement une rotation. Le choix doit \u00eatre d\u00e9termin\u00e9 par la charge mobile totale, et non par la seule taille de l'\u00e9cran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"why-hmi-panels-are-harder-than-they-look\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Why_HMI_panels_are_harder_than_they_look\"><\/span>Pourquoi les \u00e9crans IHM sont plus complexes qu'ils n'y paraissent<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un panneau IHM est rarement un simple \u00e9cran. L\u2019ensemble complet comprend g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement l\u2019\u00e9cran, un bo\u00eetier en m\u00e9tal ou en plastique, une vitre tactile, un faisceau de c\u00e2bles, un joint d\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9, un cadre de fixation et, parfois, une poign\u00e9e ou un cadre de protection. M\u00eame un panneau qui semble l\u00e9ger au toucher peut avoir son centre de gravit\u00e9 situ\u00e9 bien en avant de la ligne de charni\u00e8re \u2014 et ce d\u00e9calage, multipli\u00e9 par le poids, correspond au moment que la charni\u00e8re doit r\u00e9ellement supporter. Une charni\u00e8re qui semblait convenir sur un premier prototype peut pr\u00e9senter un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre une fois que l'\u00e9cran d\u00e9finitif, les c\u00e2bles, le joint d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 et le bo\u00eetier sont en place. Le dimensionnement de la charni\u00e8re repose donc sur la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie, et non sur la diagonale de l\u2019\u00e9cran : il faut v\u00e9rifier le poids total en mouvement, la distance entre l\u2019axe de la charni\u00e8re et le centre de gravit\u00e9, l\u2019angle de fonctionnement requis, le nombre de charni\u00e8res et la marge de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 avant de choisir un mod\u00e8le \u2014 le <a href=\"https:\/\/manufactorhinge.com\/fr\/torque-hinge-calculator\/\">calculateur de charni\u00e8re de couple<\/a> convertit ces donn\u00e9es en un couple cible. Si ces donn\u00e9es sont inconnues, la s\u00e9lection n'est pas pr\u00eate \u00e0 \u00eatre valid\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce qui distingue une interface homme-machine (IHM) d\u2019un \u00e9cran de bureau, c\u2019est l\u2019environnement dans lequel elle \u00e9volue. Le panneau est ouvert et inclin\u00e9 pendant le fonctionnement d\u2019une machine, souvent par un op\u00e9rateur portant des gants, et il doit rester en place dans plusieurs positions de travail : un angle faible pour une saisie rapide, un angle plus prononc\u00e9 pour le r\u00e9glage, et une position quasi verticale pour l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019entretien. Il supporte un \u00e9cran IHM industriel en acier inoxydable destin\u00e9 \u00e0 une utilisation en int\u00e9rieur, et utilise un <strong>charni\u00e8re \u00e0 couple constant sur deux axes \u2014 7,0 N\u00b7m sur l'axe d'inclinaison et 3,0 N\u00b7m sur l'axe de rotation<\/strong>. La r\u00e9partition du couple entre les deux axes est intentionnelle : le mouvement d\u2019inclinaison, plus intense (qui s\u2019oppose \u00e0 la gravit\u00e9 lorsque l\u2019\u00e9cran pivote vers le haut et vers le bas), n\u00e9cessite une force de maintien plus importante que la rotation gauche-droite, plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re ; ainsi, une valeur unique commune serait soit trop rigide pour permettre la rotation, soit trop faible pour assurer le maintien. Lors de nos propres essais cycliques, la charni\u00e8re a conserv\u00e9 sa position avec environ <strong>Diminution du couple du 15% apr\u00e8s 10 000 cycles<\/strong> \u2014 ce qui reste largement dans une plage de maintien acceptable pour un \u00e9cran de ce poids. C\u2019est l\u00e0 le v\u00e9ritable test pour une charni\u00e8re d\u2019interface homme-machine : non pas qu\u2019elle r\u00e9siste aux cycles, mais qu\u2019elle maintienne l\u2019\u00e9cran \u00e0 l\u2019endroit o\u00f9 l\u2019op\u00e9rateur l\u2019a laiss\u00e9 apr\u00e8s des milliers de r\u00e9glages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"the-hmi-specific-risks-vibration-cable-load-and-frame-flex\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_HMI-specific_risks_vibration_cable_load_and_frame_flex\"><\/span>Les risques sp\u00e9cifiques aux interfaces homme-machine (IHM) : vibrations, contrainte sur les c\u00e2bles et flexion du ch\u00e2ssis<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trois facteurs sont \u00e0 l'origine de la d\u00e9rive des \u00e9crans HMI, facteurs dont les caract\u00e9ristiques techniques des \u00e9crans de bureau ne tiennent jamais compte, et qui se situent tous les trois en dehors de la charni\u00e8re elle-m\u00eame :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Vibrations et chocs.<\/strong> Le panneau est mont\u00e9 sur une machine qui subit des vibrations, des chocs et qui peut \u00eatre transport\u00e9e avant son installation. Une charni\u00e8re qui tient bien lors d'un essai statique sur banc d'essai peut se d\u00e9former dans un ch\u00e2ssis soumis \u00e0 des vibrations si la marge de couple est faible ; il convient donc de valider le montage sur la machine r\u00e9elle, et non sur un dispositif de fixation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Charge du c\u00e2ble.<\/strong> Les c\u00e2bles d'alimentation, de signal, Ethernet et de mise \u00e0 la terre peuvent entra\u00eener la fermeture du panneau, emp\u00eacher son ouverture ou modifier son \u00e9quilibre. Faites passer le faisceau de c\u00e2bles \u00e0 travers ou \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de l'axe de pivotement (comme dans l'exemple ci-dessus) et testez le mouvement une fois le c\u00e2blage d\u00e9finitif install\u00e9 : une charni\u00e8re \u00e0 couple ne doit pas avoir \u00e0 compenser la r\u00e9sistance d'un faisceau de c\u00e2bles qui s'y oppose.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Flexibilit\u00e9 du cadre.<\/strong> La charni\u00e8re transmet la force de retenue \u00e0 la paroi du panneau et au support. M\u00eame correctement install\u00e9e, une charni\u00e8re mont\u00e9e sur un bo\u00eetier en t\u00f4le mince ou non renforc\u00e9 peut donner l'impression d'\u00eatre l\u00e2che ; il convient donc de renforcer la zone de fixation. Pour les bo\u00eetiers en plastique, ajoutez des bossages, des inserts ou une plaque d'appui.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La le\u00e7on \u00e0 retenir est qu\u2019une charni\u00e8re d\u2019IHM fait partie int\u00e9grante d\u2019un syst\u00e8me. Il convient de la valider lors de l\u2019assemblage final \u2014 avec le panneau r\u00e9el, le ch\u00e2ssis r\u00e9el et les c\u00e2bles r\u00e9els \u2014 et la question \u00e0 se poser est simplement de savoir si le panneau conserve ses positions de fonctionnement apr\u00e8s cela. Si ce n\u2019est pas le cas, la cause peut \u00eatre li\u00e9e au couple, au type de charni\u00e8re, \u00e0 la rigidit\u00e9 du montage, au poids du panneau ou au cheminement des c\u00e2bles ; il convient donc d\u2019examiner l\u2019ensemble du montage avant de rejeter la faute sur la charni\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"constant-vs-adjustable-cycle-life-and-material\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Constant_vs_adjustable_cycle_life_and_material\"><\/span>R\u00e9glage constant ou variable, dur\u00e9e de vie et mat\u00e9riau<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trois autres v\u00e9rifications sont communes \u00e0 toutes les articulations de couple ; veuillez donc les v\u00e9rifier, mais ne les red\u00e9marquez pas ici. Pour <strong>fixe ou r\u00e9glable<\/strong>: un couple constant (r\u00e9gl\u00e9 en usine) convient \u00e0 une conception d'IHM standardis\u00e9e et produite en grande s\u00e9rie, o\u00f9 chaque unit\u00e9 doit offrir la m\u00eame sensation ; un couple r\u00e9glable convient aux produits encore en cours de d\u00e9veloppement, aux variantes de machines dot\u00e9es d'\u00e9crans diff\u00e9rents ou aux configurations n\u00e9cessitant un r\u00e9glage \u2014 mais le param\u00e8tre doit \u00eatre document\u00e9 et verrouill\u00e9, sans quoi les deux machines finiront par pr\u00e9senter des \u00e9carts.
