Una vez que un trabajador ha pasado, la bisagra vuelve a cerrar la puerta por s\u00ed sola, por lo que la puerta de seguridad no puede quedarse abierta por error. Ah\u00ed es precisamente donde una bisagra de cierre autom\u00e1tico demuestra su utilidad: la funci\u00f3n de seguridad depende de que la puerta est\u00e9 cerrada, y la memoria humana no es un mecanismo de cierre fiable. Un cierrapuertas hidr\u00e1ulico es la mejor soluci\u00f3n cuando una puerta m\u00e1s pesada necesita un cierre lento, controlado y amortiguado (una puerta batiente que no debe dar un portazo), a costa de un mayor volumen y mantenimiento. Una bisagra simple solo es adecuada cuando el cierre autom\u00e1tico no es un requisito en absoluto. Y si la necesidad real es la contraria \u2014una puerta o panel que debe <em>mantener<\/em> un \u00e1ngulo abierto en lugar de cerrado, lo que apunta m\u00e1s bien a una bisagra de torsi\u00f3n; la l\u00f3gica de selecci\u00f3n m\u00e1s amplia que se aplica a todos estos tipos se encuentra en <a href=\"https:\/\/manufactorhinge.com\/es\/how-to-choose-industrial-hinge\/\">C\u00f3mo elegir una bisagra industrial<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"closing-force-vs-door-weight\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Closing_force_vs_door_weight\"><\/span>Fuerza de cierre frente al peso de la puerta<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Instalar una bisagra con resorte no garantiza autom\u00e1ticamente que la puerta se cierre. El resorte tiene que superar todas las fuerzas que se oponen al cierre \u2014el propio peso y anchura de la puerta, la fricci\u00f3n en el pivote, cualquier pestillo que haya que accionar hasta el fondo y la compresi\u00f3n de la junta en una puerta herm\u00e9tica\u2014 y a\u00fan as\u00ed disponer de fuerza de reserva. Si la fuerza del resorte es insuficiente, la puerta se queda a medio cerrar o no encaja en el pestillo; si es excesiva, la puerta resulta dif\u00edcil de abrir, lo que supone un problema en s\u00ed mismo en una puerta por la que la gente pasa todo el d\u00eda. Por eso el peso, la anchura y el n\u00famero de bisagras de la puerta son factores que influyen conjuntamente: un mayor n\u00famero de bisagras distribuye la fuerza de cierre por toda la puerta, y una puerta m\u00e1s ancha o pesada necesita esa fuerza distribuida para cerrarse de manera uniforme. Esta es la diferencia m\u00e1s clara con respecto a un cierrapuertas: cuando una puerta es lo suficientemente pesada como para que un cierre incontrolado se convierta en un portazo, un cierrapuertas hidr\u00e1ulico amortiguado es la mejor opci\u00f3n, y es mejor reservar la bisagra con resorte para puertas y paneles ligeros o de peso medio, en los que se acepta un cierre autom\u00e1tico r\u00e1pido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"material-environment-and-handing\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Material_environment_and_handing\"><\/span>Material, entorno y manipulaci\u00f3n<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dado que una bisagra de resorte cuenta con un resorte y un pasador m\u00f3viles, la corrosi\u00f3n no es solo un problema est\u00e9tico: el \u00f3xido puede endurecer o bloquear el funcionamiento del resorte y hacer que una puerta de cierre autom\u00e1tico deje de cerrarse. Adapta el material al entorno: acero galvanizado para protecciones interiores en ambientes secos, y acero inoxidable, como el SUS304, para puertas en entornos h\u00famedos, sometidas a lavado, al aire libre o en zonas costeras, donde el resorte debe seguir funcionando durante a\u00f1os. Comprueba tambi\u00e9n el sentido de apertura, ya que estas bisagras son direccionales \u2014una bisagra de la izquierda en una puerta que se abre hacia la derecha no cerrar\u00e1 correctamente\u2014 y aseg\u00farate de que se desea el cierre autom\u00e1tico en todo el recorrido de la puerta.
