Una bisagra que parec\u00eda funcionar bien en un prototipo inicial se desplazar\u00e1 una vez que la pantalla definitiva, los cables, la junta y la carcasa est\u00e9n en su sitio. Por lo tanto, el tama\u00f1o de la bisagra se determina a partir de la geometr\u00eda, no de la diagonal de la pantalla: hay que confirmar el peso total en movimiento, la distancia desde el eje de la bisagra hasta el centro de gravedad, el \u00e1ngulo de trabajo requerido, el n\u00famero de bisagras y un margen de seguridad antes de elegir cualquier modelo \u2014el <a href=\"https:\/\/manufactorhinge.com\/es\/torque-hinge-calculator\/\">calculadora de bisagras dinamom\u00e9tricas<\/a> convierte esos datos en un par objetivo. Si se desconocen esos datos, la selecci\u00f3n no est\u00e1 lista para su aprobaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lo que diferencia a una interfaz hombre-m\u00e1quina (HMI) de un monitor de escritorio es el entorno que la rodea. El panel se abre y se inclina mientras la m\u00e1quina est\u00e1 en funcionamiento, a menudo por parte de un operario que lleva guantes, y debe mantenerse en varias posiciones de trabajo: un \u00e1ngulo poco pronunciado para la introducci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida de datos, uno m\u00e1s pronunciado para la configuraci\u00f3n y casi vertical para el acceso de mantenimiento. Soporta una pantalla HMI industrial de acero inoxidable en un entorno interior y utiliza un <strong>bisagra de par constante de doble eje: 7,0 N\u00b7m en el eje de inclinaci\u00f3n y 3,0 N\u00b7m en el eje de rotaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. La distribuci\u00f3n del par entre los dos ejes es intencionada: el movimiento de inclinaci\u00f3n, m\u00e1s pesado (al tener que contrarrestar la gravedad mientras la pantalla gira hacia arriba y hacia abajo), requiere m\u00e1s fuerza de sujeci\u00f3n que la rotaci\u00f3n izquierda-derecha, m\u00e1s ligera; por lo tanto, un \u00fanico valor compartido resultar\u00eda o bien demasiado r\u00edgido para girar, o bien demasiado d\u00e9bil para sujetar. Esa es la verdadera prueba para una bisagra de interfaz hombre-m\u00e1quina (HMI): no es que resista los ciclos, sino que siga sujetando la pantalla en la posici\u00f3n en la que el operador la dej\u00f3 tras miles de ajustes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"the-hmi-specific-risks-vibration-cable-load-and-frame-flex\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_HMI-specific_risks_vibration_cable_load_and_frame_flex\"><\/span>Los riesgos espec\u00edficos de las interfaces hombre-m\u00e1quina (HMI): vibraciones, tensi\u00f3n en los cables y flexi\u00f3n del bastidor<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hay tres factores que provocan la desviaci\u00f3n de los paneles HMI y que las especificaciones de los monitores de sobremesa nunca tienen en cuenta, y los tres se encuentran fuera de la propia bisagra:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Vibraciones e impactos.<\/strong> El panel est\u00e1 montado en una m\u00e1quina que vibra, sufre golpes y puede ser transportada antes de su instalaci\u00f3n. Una bisagra que se mantiene fija en un ensayo est\u00e1tico en banco de pruebas puede deslizarse en un bastidor vibratorio si el margen de par es reducido; por lo tanto, compru\u00e9balo en la m\u00e1quina real, no en un dispositivo de sujeci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Carga del cable.<\/strong> Los cables de alimentaci\u00f3n, se\u00f1al, Ethernet y tierra pueden hacer que el panel se cierre, dificultar su apertura o alterar su equilibrio. Haz pasar el mazo de cables por el eje de pivote o cerca de \u00e9l (como en el ejemplo anterior) y comprueba el movimiento con el cableado definitivo instalado: una bisagra de torsi\u00f3n no deber\u00eda tener que compensar la resistencia que le opone el mazo de cables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Flexibilidad del bastidor.<\/strong> La bisagra transmite la fuerza de sujeci\u00f3n a la pared del panel y al soporte. Una bisagra correcta en una carcasa de chapa fina o sin soporte seguir\u00e1 dando sensaci\u00f3n de holgura; refuerza la zona de montaje y, en el caso de las cajas de pl\u00e1stico, a\u00f1ade salientes, insertos o una placa de refuerzo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La lecci\u00f3n que siempre hay que tener presente es que una bisagra de HMI forma parte de un sistema. Hay que probarla en el montaje final \u2014con el panel real, el marco real y los cables reales\u2014 y la pregunta que hay que responder es, sencillamente, si el panel sigue manteniendo sus posiciones de funcionamiento despu\u00e9s de ello. Si no es as\u00ed, la causa puede ser el par de apriete, el tipo de bisagra, la rigidez del montaje, el peso del panel o el tendido de los cables, por lo que hay que revisar todo el conjunto antes de culpar a la bisagra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"constant-vs-adjustable-cycle-life-and-material\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Constant_vs_adjustable_cycle_life_and_material\"><\/span>Constante frente a ajustable, vida \u00fatil y material<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hay otras tres comprobaciones que son comunes a todas las bisagras de par, as\u00ed que compru\u00e9balas, pero no las vuelvas a deducir aqu\u00ed. Para <strong>fijo frente a regulable<\/strong>: el par constante (ajustado de f\u00e1brica) es adecuado para un dise\u00f1o de interfaz hombre-m\u00e1quina (HMI) fijo y de gran volumen, en el que todas las unidades deben ofrecer la misma sensaci\u00f3n; el par ajustable es adecuado para productos a\u00fan en fase de desarrollo, variantes de m\u00e1quinas con pantallas diferentes o configuraciones que requieran un ajuste, pero el ajuste debe documentarse y bloquearse, ya que, de lo contrario, las dos m\u00e1quinas podr\u00edan presentar desviaciones entre s\u00ed.
