Jedna strana m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159il\u00e9hat ke dve\u0159\u00edm, r\u00e1mu nebo sva\u0159ovan\u00e9 konzolce. Tvarovan\u00fd ohyb m\u016f\u017ee ur\u010dovat jeden sm\u011br. Tato norma poskytuje spole\u010dn\u00fd jazyk pro referen\u010dn\u00ed roviny a geometrick\u00e9 kontroln\u00ed prvky. Neur\u010duje v\u0161ak, jakou odchylku osy kloubu, polohovou chybu nebo deformaci mont\u00e1\u017en\u00ed plochy m\u016f\u017ee za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed akceptovat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toto omezen\u00ed st\u00e1le vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 ze sestavy. Pr\u016fm\u011br otvoru, z\u00e1vit, zahlouben\u00ed, zkosen\u00ed nebo geometrie dr\u00e1\u017eky p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed jednu \u010d\u00e1st odpov\u011bdi. Poloha uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed otvor\u016f p\u0159edstavuje druhou \u010d\u00e1st.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed pozornost si zaslou\u017e\u00ed rozm\u011bry m\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 od st\u0159edu ke st\u0159edu v \u0159et\u011bzci. Pokud jsou t\u0159i po sob\u011b jdouc\u00ed rozm\u011bry specifikov\u00e1ny s toleranc\u00ed \u00b10,2 mm, m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159i jednoduch\u00e9m nejhor\u0161\u00edm mo\u017en\u00e9m sou\u010dtu odchylek b\u00fdt kone\u010dn\u00fd prvek um\u00edst\u011bn \u00b10,6 mm vzhledem k prvn\u00edmu. Ka\u017ed\u00fd jednotliv\u00fd rozm\u011br m\u016f\u017ee sice proj\u00edt kontrolou, ale souhrnn\u00e1 poloha ji\u017e neumo\u017e\u0148uje po\u017eadovanou mont\u00e1\u017e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To, zda je odchylka \u00b10,6 mm p\u0159ijateln\u00e1, nelze posoudit pouze na z\u00e1klad\u011b samotn\u00e9ho pantu. Na tuto mezn\u00ed hodnotu maj\u00ed vliv dostupn\u00e1 v\u016fle v mont\u00e1\u017en\u00edch otvorech, rozte\u010d pant\u016f, tuhost dve\u0159\u00ed a r\u00e1mu, poloha z\u00e1padky i po\u017eadovan\u00e1 mezera mezi dve\u0159mi a r\u00e1mem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ur\u010den\u00ed rozlo\u017een\u00ed v\u00edce otvor\u016f na z\u00e1klad\u011b b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch funk\u010dn\u00edch referen\u010dn\u00edch bod\u016f m\u016f\u017ee zabr\u00e1nit zbyte\u010dn\u00e9mu hromad\u011bn\u00ed \u0159et\u011bzc\u016f.
