T\u00edm se odd\u011bl\u00ed oto\u010dn\u00fd \u010dep, ani\u017e by bylo nutn\u00e9 nejprve sejmout ob\u011b k\u0159\u00eddla z\u00e1v\u011bsu z jejich upev\u0148ovac\u00edch ploch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ani jeden z t\u011bchto popis\u016f neuv\u00e1d\u00ed, jak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem je z\u00e1v\u011bs p\u0159ipevn\u011bn k za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. \u0160roubovan\u00fd z\u00e1v\u011bs m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt pevn\u00fd \u010dep. Kabel\u00e1\u017e, zaji\u0161\u0165ovac\u00ed prvky, z\u00e1mky, zar\u00e1\u017eky, okoln\u00ed konstrukce a zp\u016fsob ovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed dve\u0159\u00ed mohou i nad\u00e1le br\u00e1nit jejich praktick\u00e9 demont\u00e1\u017ei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"a-fixed-pin-hinge-keeps-the-pivot-out-of-routine-service\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Z\u00e1v\u011bs s pevn\u00fdm \u010depem zaji\u0161\u0165uje, \u017ee se \u010dep nemus\u00ed p\u0159i b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 \u00fadr\u017eb\u011b opravovat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pevn\u00fd \u010dep je vhodn\u00fdm v\u00fdchoz\u00edm bodem v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee se p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1, \u017ee oto\u010dn\u00fd \u010dl\u00e1nek z\u016fstane smontov\u00e1n po celou dobu \u017eivotnosti z\u00e1v\u011bsu, nebo kdy\u017e se \u00fadr\u017eba prov\u00e1d\u00ed v\u00fdm\u011bnou cel\u00e9ho z\u00e1v\u011bsu nam\u00edsto opravy spoje \u010depu a kloubu p\u0159\u00edmo na m\u00edst\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">T\u00edm se vynech\u00e1 jeden servisn\u00ed krok. Nen\u00ed t\u0159eba po rutinn\u00edm z\u00e1sahu skladovat, znovu montovat ani kontrolovat \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd samostatn\u00fd \u010dep z\u00e1v\u011bsu a p\u0159ed manipulac\u00ed se z\u00e1v\u011bsem nen\u00ed nutn\u00e9 uvol\u0148ovat \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd odn\u00edmateln\u00fd dr\u017e\u00e1k \u010depu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u0159i b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 \u00fadr\u017eb\u011b tak z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 zachov\u00e1n p\u016fvodn\u00ed vztah mezi \u010depem a kloubem. Pokud se \u010dep opot\u0159ebuje, zkoroduje, ohnul nebo po\u0161kodil kloub a nen\u00ed ur\u010den k demont\u00e1\u017ei za provozu, m\u016f\u017ee oprava vy\u017eadovat demont\u00e1\u017e cel\u00e9ho z\u00e1v\u011bsu nebo proveden\u00ed opravy v d\u00edln\u011b, nam\u00edsto pouh\u00e9ho vyta\u017een\u00ed a v\u00fdm\u011bny \u010depu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"fixed-pin-is-not-automatically-stronger\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pevn\u00fd \u010dep nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt automaticky pevn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pevn\u00fd \u010dep by se ze sv\u00e9 podstaty nem\u011bl pova\u017eovat za prvek s vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u00fanosnost\u00ed. \u00danosnost z\u00e1vis\u00ed na celkov\u00e9 konstrukci z\u00e1v\u011bsu: na pr\u016fm\u011bru \u010depu, geometrii kloubu, \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 d\u00e9lce lo\u017eiska, pr\u016f\u0159ezu k\u0159\u00eddla, materi\u00e1lu, upev\u0148ovac\u00ed konstrukci, rozte\u010di z\u00e1v\u011bs\u016f a dr\u00e1ze p\u016fsoben\u00ed zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dob\u0159e navr\u017een\u00fd z\u00e1v\u011bs s odn\u00edmateln\u00fdm \u010depem unese v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed ne\u017e men\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1v\u011bs s pevn\u00fdm \u010depem. Konstrukce mus\u00ed \u0159e\u0161it, kde se \u010dep vyj\u00edm\u00e1, jak je b\u011bhem provozu zaji\u0161t\u011bn, zda je k tomu zapot\u0159eb\u00ed n\u00e1stroj, co se s \u010depem stane po vyjmut\u00ed a jak se rozpozn\u00e1 spr\u00e1vn\u00fd \u010dep, pokud je povolena jeho v\u00fdm\u011bna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jedn\u00e1 se o d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd rozd\u00edl oproti konstrukci typu \u201elift-off\u201c. U pantu typu \u201elift-off\u201c m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt h\u0159\u00eddel trvale p\u0159ipevn\u011bna k jednomu k\u0159\u00eddlu, zat\u00edmco druh\u00e9 k\u0159\u00eddlo se odpojuje pod\u00e9l osy pantu.
